Major Responsibilities
Managed team of four members consisting of three subordinates. Assigned tasks, meetings, and ensured team members' understanding of requirements.
To provide support related to TNR (Transfer Record Management System of Land)
To provide support related to HR Management System.
To oversee queries related to internal organization on going management system.
Providing support to teams that use the developed application
Performance management of individual team members
Provide status reporting for internal management
Work closely with project managers, software developers and Operations team members to ensure quality products
Getting Training and also doing some how developinge and support work.
